If the purchaser is not happy with any item he or she purchases, the item may be returned for a full refund of the purchase amount (minus shipping and handling fees, and any other fees such as bank, Paypal or ebay charges incurred) based on the 5-Day Return Policy described below.

     5-Day Return Policy - The purchaser can return an item within a five (5)-day period (including weekdays, weekends and holidays) after receipt of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, using insured shipping by the same carrier. The refund will be sent after the seller receives and inspects the item for any damage to or tampering with the item and determines the item to be in its original condition. All returned items must include the item number and reason for the return (can be done by e-mail). The return request must be received and an authorization number issued to the purchaser prior to the return of any item. All returns without an authorization number will be refused and returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. Any item that has been damaged or tampered with will result in rejection of the refund, and the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. After the 5-day period following the date on which the purchaser has received the item, the purchaser can no longer return the item. The purchaser must agree to this 5-Day Return Policy before he or she purchases any items. Sorry, no returns granted on international purchases.

SHIPPING

We ship via U.S. Priority Mail (delivers in 2-3 days). For shipments outside the U.S., we use Global Priority Mail (delivers in 4-6 days). Insurance is required on all purchases.
